What to expect

Your first visit will take one and a half hours, subsequent visits about one hour.

In addition to the examination and treatment, aspects of your diet may be looked at where appropriate and desired. Herbal supplements may be recommended to assist in the promotion of bowel health.

Although many people gain immense help from one session, a series of between four and six treatments may often be necessary to achieve optimum health.

All matters discussed during the session are treated with the strictest confidence.
